What is "collaborative retailing"?

It's my preferred approach to car buying. You choose how we work together: start online with questions via text or email, schedule a call to discuss options, or come in person when you're ready. Some people want to research online first, others prefer walking the lot together. I adapt to what works for you, no pressure, just guidance at your pace.

What brands do you have access to?

For new vehicles: Honda, BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, Porsche, and Infiniti. All brands for used vehicles, whatever you're looking for, I can help you compare options across our inventory of 1,300+ vehicles.

Do I have to come to the dealership?

Not initially. Many people start by texting me questions or booking a quick call. When you're ready to see vehicles in person, test drive, or finalize your decision, that's when we meet at the dealership. The online and in-person parts work together — whatever fits your schedule.

How much does your service cost?

Nothing. I'm a client advisor at the dealership, so I get paid when you buy a car, not by charging you fees. My goal is to help you make an informed decision, which makes the whole process better for everyone.

How do I get started?

Text me, fill out the contact form, or book a quick call. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll take it from there. Simple as that.

What's the "one-price, one-person, one-hour" philosophy?

The store where I work operates with transparent, no-haggle pricing. You work with one person (me) through the entire process, no back-and-forth with managers. Once you've chosen your vehicle, most buyers complete the paperwork in about an hour. No games, no pressure.

What if I'm looking at vehicles from different brands?

That's exactly where I can help most. Having access to Honda, BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac, Porsche, and Infiniti plus hundreds of used cars from other brands under one roof means I can show you real comparisons side-by-side. I'll walk you through the actual differences in features, quality, and value instead of sales pitches.
